What’s your shipping policy?

DTL New York online orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of payment authorization.

Ground shipping is complimentary with your order over $50, otherwise a rate depending on weight and location will be charged..

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment with the tracking number.

 While we promise to do our best to ship you your order as soon as we can, DTL New York is not responsible for any delays to shipping caused by payment issues, weather, or issues beyond the company’s control.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Packages are subject to international shipping timelines

Do you ship on weekends/holidays?

DTL New York online orders are processed weekends and holidays. However we are limited to the operating days of our shipping partners. If an order is processed on a weekend or holiday it will be received by our shipping partners and shipped during normal operation schedule of the shipping service. 

DTL New York is not responsible for delays from the carrier that may arise due to weather, general delays, or other delays due to the covid-19 pandemic.
